Our Cookbook for May 5th 2022 at 6PM is:
Alison Roman, a former New York Times food writer, makes simple dishes for having people over in this cookbook for the layperson and their pantry. No bells and whistles, nothing fancy. Roman writes that the book includes recipes for an “attainable” rather than “aspirational” lifestyle. Our director Heather is a huge fan of #TheStew from this book, so be sure to come by and talk about that with her!
